As our products are made to order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply (Distance Contracts Regulation art.15/ç). Cancellation requests before production starts are evaluated.
Defective Goods
For defective products, your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement, refund, etc.) are reserved. Contact info@mob-engineering.com.
Refund Process
For approved refunds, the amount is returned via the original payment method.
