Cancellation & Refund
Made-to-Order Products
As our products are made to order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply (Distance Contracts Regulation art.15/ç). Cancellation requests before production starts are evaluated. Every made-to-order part is nevertheless covered by our Fitment Guarantee: if it does not fit the chassis you specified, it is remade free of charge or refunded (see Warranty page).
In-Stock Products
Stock items marked "Ships now" on the product page can be returned unconditionally within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in undamaged packaging.
Defective Goods
For defective products, your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement, refund, etc.) are reserved. Contact info@mob-engineering.com.
Refund Process
For approved refunds, the amount is returned via the original payment method.
