Lifetime Parts Warranty
Coverage
MOB Engineering provides a lifetime warranty on the parts it manufactures. Coverage applies to manufacturing and material defects: faulty weld seams, loss of material integrity and production-related deformation. The warranty belongs to the first buyer and to the product evidenced by its order number.
Track & Motorsport Use
Our parts are designed for track and motorsport use. Using the vehicle on track or under motorsport conditions therefore does NOT void the warranty.
Exclusions
Crash and impact damage; incorrect or incomplete installation; subsequent modification or machining of the product (cutting, drilling, welding); normal wear parts and the dulling of the surface finish over time; corrosion caused by lack of maintenance are excluded from the warranty.
Installation Responsibility
Responsibility for incorrect installation lies with the person or workshop performing it. We recommend having parts fitted at authorised installation points.
Fitment Guarantee
If the part does not fit the vehicle and chassis you specified when ordering (the "Compatible Vehicles" list on the product page), MOB Engineering remakes it free of charge; if a remake is not possible, the full payment is refunded and MOB Engineering covers the shipping. Condition: report it with photos or video to info@mob-engineering.com or our WhatsApp line within 14 days of delivery, before installation and without damage. An incorrect chassis/model declaration, any machining of the product (cutting, drilling, painting) and, for seat adapters, trying a different seat than the one specified at order are excluded.
Returns on In-Stock Parts
Parts shipped from stock (marked "Ships now" on the product page) can be returned unconditionally within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in undamaged packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to a fitment issue.
Making a Claim
Contact info@mob-engineering.com with your order number and photos/video showing the defect. MOB Engineering reviews the claim; if accepted, the product is repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one. Shipping is coordinated by MOB Engineering. Your statutory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved; this warranty does not replace those rights but is provided in addition to them.
